OUR HOSTS.
HANNAH WILKINSON
125 caps for the Football Ferns, four World Cups, three Olympics, and stints at clubs across five countries. Signed off her playing career at Melbourne City with two A-League Golden Boots and a premiership medal, which is a strong way to retire. Now Pride Cup’s Elite Athlete Coordinator and an academy coach, living in Melbourne with fiancée Katie and two enormous, very good dogs, Max and Indy. Still talks about football like she means to get one more game in.
MITCH BROWN
Former West Coast Eagle, dad, partner, and a proud bisexual man who isn’t planning on keeping that quiet. Mitch wants sport to be a place where blokes can talk about their feelings and not just their form. His number one parenting role model is Bandit from Bluey, and he will defend that choice.
RUDY JEAN RIGG
Once a nationally ranked badminton player, Rudy retired the racquet and picked up a microphone instead. Co-creator of the Shorty Award winning Rainbow History Class, co-host of Screen Australia’s TransAthletica, ABC’s self-appointed “Queerspondant” at WorldPride 2023, and the host of Instagram’s first original podcast, Off the Handle. Also does stand-up comedy, four stars from The Age. Off duty, expect to find Rudy at a D&D table or under a cat.
